Job Description
We're seeking an Online Chat Specialist to join our remote team, providing exceptional customer support and building meaningful relationships with our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via live chat, email, and correspondence. Your primary objective will be to deliver prompt, accurate, and professional responses that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
