Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer care and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
- Assessing customer needs and providing accurate, informative, and empathetic responses to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, while striving for continuous improvement and growth
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to maintain accurate records and support future communication
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and loyalty
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems
