What You'll Do

As a remote customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with their travel-related queries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide informed and accurate information to customers
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate Excel and Word experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service or member-facing experience
  • Previous banking or credit union experience
  • Episys/Symitar and processing wire experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
  • Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data
