Associate Therapist (AMFT / ASW / APCC) – Remote (California)

Core Therapy is a growing remote group practice serving clients throughout California. We are currently hiring Associate Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC) who are looking for a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented practice environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who are currently seeing clients in a private practice, group practice, agency, or outpatient setting and are looking to either grow or smoothly transition their caseload into a well-supported telehealth practice. We provide the infrastructure so you can focus on clinical work:

Our practice supports continuity of care and ethical client-centered transitions. Clients are always given full autonomy in choosing their care, and we provide a streamlined onboarding process for clinicians joining the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Manage your schedule and caseload independently
• Collaborate with the team as needed for support and consultation

Qualifications

• Active California associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient or telehealth settings
• Comfortable working with insurance-based clients
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred (Not Required)
