Experienced Full Stack Business Analytics Manager – AppleCare Support Optimization

Job Summary:

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AppleCare Support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts in driving business insights and recommendations through data analysis, process optimization, and strategic decision-making

• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of business insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our support operations
• Develop and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, fostering a growth mindset and encouraging experimentation and innovation

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business insights and recommendations through data analysis and process optimization
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams and developing talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (desired)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with Apple products and services (desired)

• Experience in a customer support or operations role (desired)
• Certification in business analytics, data science, or a related field (desired)
