Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You'll work independently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to resolve customer queries and concerns. With full training provided, you'll be able to start work right away and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge to resolve issues
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including product details, pricing, and return policies
  • Use your communication skills to build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work independently, using your initiative and judgment to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in your support responses
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support experiences for our clients' customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on live chat support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions, with a focus on consistency and quality
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts
