• Answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner
• Assessing customer needs and offering solutions and additional products
• Selling travel-related services, including car rental and credit card vendor partner products
• Understanding and adhering to all arenaflex and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance requirements
• Collaborating with a globally diverse team to provide exceptional customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and assisting customers via Twitter, Facebook, or other channels

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
• Digital literacy in navigating web-based and airline-specific software applications, emails, instant messaging, and internet searches
• Clear, cheerful, and courteous verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
• Reliable and committed attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal attainment
• A commitment to prioritizing safety and security, maintaining the confidentiality of personal data

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge

While not required, having one year of experience working in sales and at least one year of experience providing customer service will give you a competitive edge. Additionally, Spanish language fluency is a plus, as we periodically open internal bilingual positions with associated pay increases.
