Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Customer Assistance Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via live chat on our website and social media platforms
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilizing canned responses and provided steps and instructions to resolve common issues
  • Escalating complex issues to senior support agents or subject matter experts as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly and approachable attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use chat platforms similar to WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger
  • A reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts

Preferred Qualifications
