Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and/or chat
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English: You'll be communicating with clients in both languages, so it's essential that you're fluent in both.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication): A degree in a related field will give you a solid foundation in the principles of customer support and communication.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role: You'll need to have experience in a customer support role to understand the complexities of the job and to be able to provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: You'll be communicating with clients via voice calls and/or chat, so it's essential that you have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment: You'll need to be able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail: You'll need to be able to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.): You'll need to have experience using customer support software to manage client interactions and transactions.
