Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate transmission of data to our clients. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by form type
• Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
• Processing claims and ensuring accurate transmission of data to clients
• Receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
• Identifying documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
• Classifying documents based on contract requirements
• Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
• Ensuring transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
• A secure workspace with high-speed internet
• The ability to pass a typing test
• Strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, if required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
• Familiarity with automated data extraction tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $26,600.00 - $33,250.00, based on location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. We also offer a variety of benefits, including:
