Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, addressing their questions and concerns related to bookkeeping and accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs.
- Demonstrating expertise in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other bookkeeping/accounting functions.
- Delivering high-quality customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and taking ownership of customer concerns to provide confident resolution.
- Communicating with a friendly tone and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborating with clients to identify and resolve issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve their bookkeeping and accounting processes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you're equipped to provide the best possible support to our clients.

Schedule
* Flexible schedule opportunities, allowing you to create your own schedule and work at times that suit you best.
- Schedule available hours between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software.
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other bookkeeping/accounting functions.
- Customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment.
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns.
- Strong ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation and providing confident resolution.
- Tech-savvy and avid computer user, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor.
Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space, free from distractions and interruptions.
- Organized desk area, with all necessary equipment and resources readily available.
Technology Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet), with a wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
- Broadband internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up-to-date.
- Wired USB headset with microphone.
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility.
Important Information
* For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
- The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
