The Role

As an Online Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
