Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Virtual Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an arenaflex Virtual Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses, but you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives, depending on your performance and the specific program you're working on.
Application and Certification Process
To become an arenaflex Virtual Call Center Representative, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check.
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor, which covers the cost of the background/credit check.
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and complete a W9 form.
- Complete any additional requirements specific to the program you're applying for, such as certification or training.

Availability
