Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, running the register, and providing excellent customer care
• Making purchase suggestions and working with our food program to drive sales and customer engagement
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless customer service
• Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Working collaboratively with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
• Coming up with creative solutions to problems and thinking quickly to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills
• A motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
• A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• Experience working in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth
• Knowledge of our products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
• A proven track record of problem-solving and creative thinking, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to be able to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
