Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally, ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information about our services and processes.
  • Assisting clients with questions about our services, processes, and real estate listings, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction, working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Supporting marketing efforts by sharing information about upcoming events and property listings, helping to drive engagement and interest in our services.
  • Following up with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are met, using this information to improve our services and processes.
