The Role

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat, phone, and email. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including live chat and email systems
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedules, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or live chat environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and arenaflex products
  • Experience with sales and commission-based environments
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
