Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Making phone calls to members to facilitate treatment and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Working collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with health insurance companies
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
