About the Job

We're currently hiring Inbound Work from Home Customer Service Representatives to join our team at arenaflex! As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, delighting customers with every interaction – whether that's through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats. We're looking for people with personality, drive, and ambition who want a career, not just a job.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist all customers through inbound calls, emails, and/or chats, providing a meaningful and positive experience with every interaction.

  • Communicate a variety of information to the customer, being an active listener and helping resolve customer inquiries.
  • Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products and services.
  • Work effectively in a work-at-home setting, maintaining punctuality, performance, and positivity.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences across various touchpoints.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled
  • Reliable internet speed and broadband connection
  • A secure area in the home to work from
  • Ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting
  • Located in Las Vegas, NV (must be able to work from home in this location)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with social media and online platforms

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
