Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a unique blend of communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Empower homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer care

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software (training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

* Residential real estate sales experience

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in the real estate industry
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
