Job Summary

We're seeking experienced golf enthusiasts with a deep understanding of the Titleist product line to join our team as remote golf chat representatives. As a Titleist brand ambassador, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge and passion for the brand, and helping customers find the perfect products to enhance their golfing experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a remote golf chat representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Sharing Your Passion: You'll be the face of the Titleist brand, sharing your enthusiasm and expertise with customers to create a unique and engaging shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: You'll have a deep understanding of the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories, and be able to compare and analyze competitor products.
• Customer Service: You'll provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and showing empathy in stressful situations.
• Technical Requirements: You'll be comfortable using a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser, have a stable internet connection (at least 10mbps), and reliable sound output (through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets).
• Continuous Improvement: You'll be committed to continuous improvement and performance excellence, staying up-to-date with the latest Titleist products and events.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a remote golf chat representative, you'll need:

• 5+ Years of Golf Experience: You'll have a deep understanding of the game, its techniques, and its nuances.
• Knowledge of Titleist Product Line: You'll be familiar with the Titleist product line, including golf clubs, balls, and accessories.
• Golf Club Fitting Experience: You'll have experience fitting golf clubs to customers, understanding their swing characteristics, and recommending the right products.
• Top Component Brands Familiarity: You'll be familiar with top component brands, including shafts, grips, and other accessories.
• Communication Skills: You'll be able to communicate clearly and effectively in text form, typing at least 35 wpm.
• Passion for the Titleist Brand: You'll be a true enthusiast of the Titleist brand, sharing your passion and expertise with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in E-commerce: You'll have experience working in e-commerce, understanding the online shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Customer Service Experience: You'll have experience in customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and showing empathy in stressful situations.
• Technical Skills: You'll be comfortable using a desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser, have a stable internet connection (at least 10mbps), and reliable sound output (through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets).
