Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Part-time Data Entry Operator to join our team in Ohio. As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. You'll also be responsible for other duties as assigned, working in a fast-paced environment with limited direction at times.
Key Responsibilities
* Process child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
- Possess strong interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
- Collect, research, organize, and analyze data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work as a team member, but also independently at times with limited direction
- Maintain flexibility and/or the ability to work overtime as needed in order to meet stringent schedules and timelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year prior experience in the areas of data entry or other related field
- Must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a data entry assessment, which will be sent to the candidate prior to interview

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system and child support payment processing
