As a Customer Service Representative for Telemarketing at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to clients through inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for the customer

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely and effective manner
  • Promote products or services to potential customers, leveraging your knowledge and enthusiasm to drive sales growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using CRM software to manage customer information effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information effectively, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution

Requirements

* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is advantageous, but not essential (we're happy to train and develop the right candidate)
  • Ability to effectively market products or services to customers, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Proficiency in using software tools for customer management, including CRM systems and other relevant tools
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with customers in a sales context, with a strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or business development

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
