Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain customer call data, including follow-up on customer support logs and profiles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Manage support requests, create and update client service issue tickets, and prepare correspondence related to the customer assistance process.
  • Office Management: Greet and direct visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • General Office Duties: Perform tasks such as filing, data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, mailings, and task management, as needed.
  • Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are always available when needed.

Essential Qualifications
