Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the pet industry or a related field (e.g., veterinary medicine, animal welfare)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with customer service software and technology (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
