As a Customer Support Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers

  • Answer customer questions, offer solutions, and provide sales links and discounts as needed
  • Utilize prepared answers to frequently asked questions, ensuring efficient and effective communication
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
