Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across the country. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and tools to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize our systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade
  • Explain and position our products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our services
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring you're equipped to provide exceptional customer service and support

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with our systems and technology, including our CRM and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
