About the Role

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that drive revenue growth for our automotive dealer clients. You will work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a team of positive and energetic individuals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

* Manage a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services via online chat, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, driving revenue growth for our clients
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

  • Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
  • Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to a quick-paced work environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training
  • Must be able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

  • Must be able to work in a non-smoking environment
  • Must be able to attend training sessions and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Must be able to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
