Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll work closely with our pool technicians to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that their technical issues are resolved efficiently. This is a part-time remote position, requiring 20-25 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help them determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions, including testing different scenarios or impersonating users
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry

  • Knowledge of CRM software and its applications
  • Experience with social media monitoring and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
