Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Legendary Support: Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Building Relationships: Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.
  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Promoting arenaflex Products and Services: Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Achieving Established Standards: Consistently achieving established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Portraying a Positive Image: Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image, reflecting arenaflex's values and brand identity.
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the customer service team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or client service environment.
