Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 12th Pass and above with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role in a remote work environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services (although training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
