Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team and help drive the development, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll work closely with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences with intelligent and data-driven systems across arenaflex Encounters (DX). This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to be part of the arenaflex family from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal partners to drive the development, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions
- Leading and working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the limits of functional objectives
- Driving innovation, idea generation, and client communication that leads to growing top-tier AI stages
- Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team
- Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
- Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets
- Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews
Required Capabilities and Abilities
* 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
- 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
- Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
- Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
- 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
- Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders
- Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions
Preferred Capabilities
* Experience with Docker
- Experience with control frameworks
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform
- Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
- Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
- Experience with audio analysis
- Experience with text analysis
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
