Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers via web-based chat services like Facebook Messenger. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends

Requirements
