Job Summary
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customs clearance for our clients. You will be responsible for accurately entering data, managing documentation, and communicating with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of shipments. This is a remote data entry position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer care and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately enter data and manage documentation for customs clearance, including import and export shipments, using various systems and reference materials
- Process organization financier shipments and may handle distant filings
- Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
- Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
- Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service and meet customer expectations
- Ensure all service and operational strategies are followed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, business, international trade)
- High School Certificate or GED required
- No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including MS Office and Viewpoint
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field
- Familiarity with various systems and reference materials, including customs clearance software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation management
