Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer calls from both providers and members, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, respectful, and informative.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns related to benefits and eligibility, providing accurate and complete information to our customers.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, documenting notes of each call to ensure all information is saved correctly.
- Adhering to Customer Service Goals and metrics, as set by the Manager of the department.
- Escalating calls to the necessary department when appropriate and making callbacks to customers as needed.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 0-1 years of related work experience, preferably in the health insurance industry, with a focus on inbound call center experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone voice that's clear, concise, and engaging.
- Good, basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- A strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and support.
