Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our database systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing database systems that meet the needs of our end-users, ensuring seamless data accessibility and quality.
  • Defining end-users and ensuring that data is accessible in the right format, to the right users, at the proper time.
  • Responding quickly to user-reported errors and taking prompt action to resolve issues.
  • Protecting our database from unauthorized access and attacks, using adequate data backup and transaction recovery techniques.
  • Providing support and training to users for proactive data management.
  • Analyzing performance by conducting tests and reporting metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving and protecting our database system, and implementing new solutions as needed.

Job Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data recovery, backup, and security.
  • Familiarity with database designing and manipulation languages, such as MySQL and Oracle.
  • Working experience with database administration tools and third-party tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organization skills and a reliable personality.

Essential Qualifications

While a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with equivalent experience and skills.
