Experienced Technical Product Engineer – Agile Scrum Development and Business Analysis

Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Product Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives and goals of assigned projects
- Collaborating with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prioritize feature development based on business value
- Developing and maintaining detailed client stories that clearly depict functional and non-functional requirements
- Communicating business requirements through various artifacts, such as user stories, features, scenarios, acceptance models, process flows, wireframe diagrams, collaboration charts, mockups/demos, and more
- Working closely with a multi-disciplinary team within a Scrum framework
- Leading work meetings and reporting on new features, requirements, and processes
- Overseeing testing, bug tracking, and enhancements while ensuring issues are resolved before promoting to production environments
- Managing multiple priorities and balancing continually evolving needs
- Using data and analysis to drive decision-making and inform process-driven solutions
- Developing business rationale and key metrics for integration into decision support models and tools
- Creating issue articulation, including issue description and improvement measures
- Drilling down past the issue surface to understand root causes
- Presenting proposals and supporting data to justify strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons
- Providing guidance on project planning and effort estimation within scope
- Identifying and mitigating risks
- Collaborating with, as well as developing and maintaining, internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar
- Knowledge of agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to apply suitable lightweight approaches in the cycles of software development and delivery
- Familiarity with product features, with the ability to design, build, and develop new products, technologies, or services from feasibility through to production
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and methods of requirement analysis, with the ability to inspire, analyze, and record expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the outcome of a system or software development project
- Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and experience with DevOps tools and practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Asana, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, SVN, or similar
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Strong understanding of security principles and practices, including secure coding, threat modeling, and vulnerability management
- Experience with testing frameworks, such as JUnit, TestNG, or similar
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar
