Position Overview
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support through live chat. You'll be responsible for addressing customers' inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a desire to grow into technical support.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handle 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to customers
- Utilize help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
- Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-standard customer support software and tools

* This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week
- It is essential that you have a reliable internet connection as any downtime will significantly impact performance on live chat support
- The exact work schedule depends on the client that you are assigned to, but is often an afternoon or night schedule and so having flexibility when it comes to schedule is important
