Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer service calls ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades
- Using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
- Navigating between multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
- Providing effective and timely resolutions for customers and delivering personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
- Meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Resolving complex customer issues virtually using various tools and resources
- Simplifying the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services
- Performing basic troubleshooting on both products and services
- Working a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

Requirements
To be successful as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
- Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
- Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, follow technical support processes, comply with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
Work From Home Requirements
As a Work From Home (WFH) representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- You will need to have a dedicated workspace that meets arenaflex's WFH standards, including technical, security, physical, and noise level requirements
- You will need to participate in regular workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
