Experienced Customer Success Associate – Nuuly Remote Part-Time Temporary (Friday-Sunday, 2pm -10pm)

Role Summary
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for communicating with new and potential customers, guiding them through the shopping experience, answering order questions, and supporting the team to build a successful brand. You'll be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the Customer Success Supervisor. This is a part-time, temporary role with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position after 3 months, pending performance and business needs.
Expected Hours and Work Environment
The expected hours for this role are Friday-Sunday, 2pm -10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, but you'll still be an integral part of our team. You'll have access to our virtual collaboration tools, and you'll be expected to maintain regular communication with your colleagues and supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
- Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
- Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
- Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
Role Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools
