As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work with clients in a considerate, professional, friendly, and expert manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with a smile.

What you'll do

Here are the key responsibilities of the job, which may be subject to change as the role evolves. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll:

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
• Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades
• Issue vouchers and coordinate with project workers for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh
• Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/check
• Work gate reader/scanner and related tasks, including pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line models
• Work jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers
• Make boarding and departure gate announcements
• Convey domestic/international flight records
• Perform traveler service flight close-out methods
• Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintain a schedule of flight boarding process
• Perform customer service hands-on training
• Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters
• Man the lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
• Clear/confirm international records at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and shipping non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors
• Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
• Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any required overtime needs
• Answer and assist during security and emergency situations
• Provide interfacing traveler door information
• Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's standards
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance guidelines
• Complete task-related stages of training
• Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
• Utilize various internal resources/frameworks, including during customer interactions
• Wear uniform as required by company policy

Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following tasks:

* Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Peak capabilities

• Assist international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage re-check
• Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms

All you'll need for success

* Least Capabilities: + Education and Prior Professional Training + Bilingual language skills required in certain areas + Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identification, if applicable + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

• Favored Capabilities:

+ Training and Prior Professional Training + Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service System + Past face-to-face Customer service experience
