Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities
As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

- Recording and Organizing Customer Interactions: Accurately record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Upselling and Scheduling: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide additional value to arenaflex clients.

Requirements
To succeed as an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
