Key Responsibilities

As a Full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding quickly and effectively to a moderate to high volume of customer inquiries on a daily basis
  • Meeting established KPIs and performance goals
  • Accurately recording interactions and follow-ups after each customer interaction
  • Making every interaction with a customer exceptional and enjoyable
  • Achieving service and operational objectives, such as decreasing call abandonment rates, speeding up email responses, and processing returns
  • Maintaining high-quality service by adhering to the standards and guidelines established by arenaflex

Capabilities and Key Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Proficient writing and communication skills
  • The ability to rapidly learn specialized concepts and investigate successfully
  • Confidence and empathy in written and verbal interactions with customers
  • Aptitude in phone and email etiquette, with sharp attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Excel, particularly in the intermediate level of Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years of specialized or customer support experience
  • Proficiency in providing excellent customer service, including the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

Preferred Experiences

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • A degree from a college or university (though not necessary)

Job Details

* Type of Job: Full-time

  • Positions: $15.00 - $16.75 per hour
  • Work Area: Remote
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts
