Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through online chat platforms, resolving issues, and maintaining our brand's image. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support roles, particularly in online chat or messaging.
  • Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, with a high-speed internet connection.
  • Tech-Savviness: Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools and platforms.
  • Availability: Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
