Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team. As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department
  • Providing information about our products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information and ensuring accuracy
  • Processing orders and transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us improve

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven customer support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field will be a plus
