Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team. As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department
- Providing information about our products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information and ensuring accuracy
- Processing orders and transactions efficiently and accurately
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us improve

Requirements
