Job Summary

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of revenue operations. You'll work closely with our revenue operations team to perform duties related to medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage. With a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, you'll communicate with insurance payers, respond to payer communications, and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics.

Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties for the revenue operations department related to medical insurance collections, credits, or setting patient insurance coverage
• Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
• Responding timely and accurately to payer communications
• Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
• Partnering with clinics teammates, including insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
• Helping identify process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience
• Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
• Data Entry experience filling out online forms
• Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
• Proper claim accounting knowledge is a plus
• Medical billing or accounting experience is a plus
