Responsibilities
As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is personalized, informative, and resolution-focused.
