Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex projects that involve designing, developing, and deploying cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Leading start-to-finish analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, and presentation, to drive business growth and improvement.
• Planning and automating metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale.
• Driving process improvement through data analysis, envisioning, and making business suggestions based on data insights, identifying, and following up on opportunities to improve.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration.
• At least 4 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics.
• 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting, using accounting software and databases, and controlling large datasets using SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• 3 years of experience in leading large, cross-functional projects that involve multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in specialized program/project management roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics.
• Strong experience in identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
