Job Summary
As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, new sales, and service-related calls, as well as performing administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls, to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Perform administrative functions, such as data entry, report analysis, and other tasks as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, quality standards, and productivity metrics
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and accurate support
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports
