Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Product Tester to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Product Tester, you will be responsible for testing and providing feedback on various products and services in the American market. Main Duties

As a Product Tester at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
• Participating in private chat rooms that are opened by a market research firm to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements

To be successful as a Product Tester at arenaflex, you will need to have:

• The ability to follow specific instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
• The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills (an asset)
• Be at least 18 years old
