Position Description

We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Handling a variety of calls, including Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers
• Working closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Responsibilities:

* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers
• Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals
• Adapt to a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED is required

• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
• Webcam
• Internet access
• Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
